Refunds and Returns Policy – Silver Rose Jewellery

At Silver Rose Jewellery, each piece is handmade with care in the Adelaide Hills. I want you to love your purchase, and I stand by the quality of my work. If something isn’t quite right, please get in touch — I’ll always do my best to make it right.

1. Contact Me First

If you’d like to arrange a return, exchange, or repair, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order:

Please include your order number and a short note about the issue, along with clear photos if applicable.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure that:

  • Your item was received within the last 14 days
  • It is in its original condition and packaging
  • It has not been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery

3. What Can’t Be Returned

Because of the handmade and personal nature of my work, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty:

  • Custom-made or commissioned pieces
  • Personalised or engraved jewellery
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Sale or discounted items

4. Refunds, Exchanges, and Repairs

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving your item.
  • You may also choose a repair, resize, or exchange instead of a refund, depending on the situation and availability.

5. Return Postage

  • You are responsible for the cost and safe return of your parcel unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • Please return your item using tracked and insured shipping to:

  • Include your name, order number, and contact email inside the parcel to help process your return quickly.

Silver Rose Jewellery cannot be held responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit.

6. Gift Orders

If your order was marked as a gift, you may receive a digital gift card for the value of your return once the item is received.
If the order wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will go directly to the original purchaser.

7. Australian Consumer Law

Our jewellery comes with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to:

  • A replacement or refund for a major failure; and
  • Repair or replacement if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the issue is not major.

This policy does not limit or replace any of your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
