        6. Custom and Commissioned Work<\/strong><\/h3>\n

        Custom-made pieces are crafted to your specifications and require a 50% deposit before work begins. The remaining balance is due before dispatch. Custom orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has started.<\/p>\n

        7. Care and Repairs<\/strong><\/h3>\n

        To keep your jewellery beautiful:<\/p>\n

        • Store in a dry, soft pouch when not in use.<\/li>\n
        • We offer a 6-month workmanship guarantee<\/strong>. After this period, repairs may incur a small fee.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
