I want you to love your purchase, and I stand by the quality of my work. Eligibility for Returns<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure that:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Your item was received within the last 14 days<\/li>\n<li>It is in its <strong>original condition and packaging<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>It has not been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>3. What Can\u2019t Be Returned<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Because of the handmade and personal nature of my work, the following items <strong>cannot be returned or exchanged<\/strong> unless faulty:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Custom-made or commissioned pieces<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Personalised or engraved jewellery<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Earrings<\/strong> (for hygiene reasons)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sale or discounted items<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>4. Refunds, Exchanges, and Repairs<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>If your return is approved:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Refunds are issued to your original payment method within <strong>5\u201310 business days<\/strong> of receiving your item.<\/li>\n<li>You may also choose a <strong>repair, resize, or exchange<\/strong> instead of a refund, depending on the situation and availability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>5. Gift Orders<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>If your order was marked as a <strong>gift<\/strong>, you may receive a <strong>digital gift card<\/strong> for the value of your return once the item is received.<br \/>If the order wasn\u2019t marked as a gift, the refund will go directly to the original purchaser.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>7. Australian Consumer Law<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Our jewellery comes with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the <strong>Australian Consumer Law<\/strong>.<br \/>You are entitled to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A <strong>replacement or refund<\/strong> for a major failure; and<\/li>\n<li><strong>Repair or replacement<\/strong> if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the issue is not major.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This policy does not limit or replace any of your rights under Australian Consumer Law.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>8.
