About Silver Rose
Handcrafted Vintage Sterling Silver Jewellery, Made in Australia
Silver Rose Jewellery creates handmade sterling silver jewellery in Australia, thoughtfully crafted from vintage silverware and shaped into meaningful, wearable pieces with a story to tell.
Each design begins its life as an antique or vintage spoon, fork, or serving piece — chosen for its craftsmanship, weight, and quiet beauty. Rather than letting these pieces fade into the past, I reshape them by hand, allowing their history to live on in a new form.
From Vintage Silverware to Wearable Art
Working from my studio in the Adelaide Hills, South Australia, I handcraft every Silver Rose piece using traditional silversmithing techniques. I don’t cast or mass-produce. Each ring, earring, bracelet, and necklace is shaped slowly by hand, guided by the original form of the silver.
Wherever possible, original patterns, markings, and textures are preserved — small details that speak to another time and make every piece truly one of a kind.
Why I Work With Vintage Silver
Vintage sterling silver was made to last. It carries a weight, integrity, and level of craftsmanship rarely found in modern materials.
By reworking vintage silverware into jewellery, I’m able to honour that craftsmanship while creating something contemporary, personal, and sustainable. It’s a way of giving old silver a new life — and a new story — without erasing its past.
One of a Kind, Always
Because each piece is made from vintage silverware, no two designs are ever the same. Every curve, mark, and variation is part of the story.
Once a piece is sold, it can never be repeated.
Silver Rose jewellery is created for those who value slow fashion, thoughtful making, and jewellery that carries meaning beyond adornment — pieces to be worn often, gifted thoughtfully, and treasured for years to come.
